Ingredients:
- Onions – 150 g;
- Pickled mushrooms – 165 g;
- Pickled opiates – 165 g;
- Buzhenina – 260 g;
- Potatoes – 350 g;
- Egg – 4 pcs;
- Carrots – 150 g;
- Bulgarian pepper – 30 g;
- Mayonnaise;
- Salt – ⅓ tsp;
Onion marinade ingredients:
- Sugar – 1 tbsp;
- Salt – ½ tbsp;
- 9% apple cider vinegar – 1 tbsp.
Preparation of salad “Mushroom Glade”:
Cut onions in half rings, mix with salt, sugar, apple cider vinegar and pour water. Marinate the onions for 15 minutes.
