Ingredients for the salad:
- Champignons – 300 g;
- Boiled potatoes – 3 pcs;
- Pickled cucumbers – 3 pcs;
- Egg – 3 pcs;
- Boiled carrots – 3 pcs;
- Boiled beet – 1 pc;
- Mayonnaise;
- Salt – a pinch.
Preparation of the salad:
Cut finely diced onions and fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Cut mushrooms into thin slices and fry in a dry pan until the liquid evaporates
