Layered salads, like most of the dishes known today, originated in France. They were prepared for big celebrations where there were a lot of people. Such salads combined different shades of flavors, which attracted attention.

Salads began to be prepared from heavy products, such as cheese, fish, meat. Much attention was paid to mayonnaise in such salads.

Ingredients for puffed salad with chicken:
- Chicken meat – 400 g;
- Kiwi – 2 pcs;
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Apples – 2 pcs;
- Korean carrots – 150 g;
- Cheese – 100 g;
- Mayonnaise.
Preparation of layered salad with chicken:
Boil chicken fillet in salted water until ready, cool and cut into small cubes. Peel kiwi and also cut into small cubes.
Remove the peel and seed pods from apples and grate them on a coarse grater. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool down, peel and divide into whites and yolks.
