How can you prepare a pie with cottage cheese filling?
Ingredients for the dough:
- butter 82,5% – 200 g;

- flour – 450 g.
Ingredients for the filling:
- cottage cheese – 600 g;
- sugar – 120 g;
- egg white;
- starch – 1 tbsp;
- sour cream – 1 tbsp.
Preparation of cottage cheese cake:
Mix soft butter with granulated sugar, stir until the grains of sand dissolve. Add egg yolk and egg to butter, mix.

Knead elastic soft and not sticky dough. Put
