Ingredients for carrot salad:

  • carrots – pcs;
  • sausage cheese – 150 g;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;

Preparation of carrot salad:

Shred peeled carrots and sausage cheese on a coarse grater. Put the cheese and carrots in a bowl, pass garlic through a press to the products.
