Lulia kebab can be found in almost any establishment associated with Eastern cuisine. This meat delicacy is an important dish for residents of Central Asia, the Caucasus and the Middle East.
For the average European consumer, all Lulia kebabs are the same. However, for the inhabitants of the above regions, Lulia kebab is noticeably different. For example, in the Caucasus and Armenia the dish may be cooked differently. We advise you to familiarize yourself with the cuisines of these countries. Then the gastronomic differences will be more significant.
You can cook Lyula kebab at home.
Ingredients:
- minced meat – 650 g;
- salt – tsp;
- black pepper – tsp;
- egg – pcs;
- parmesan – 30 g;
- parsley – bundle;
- breadcrumbs – 2 tbsp;
- onion – pcs.;
- carrots – pcs;
- mushrooms – 4 pcs;
- cheese – 120 g.
Preparation:
Pass the minced meat through a meat grinder or blender. Mix the minced mince with ½ teaspoon of salt and black pepper.
Grate Parmesan on a small grater, add to the mince together with the egg. Chop the parsley finely, pour it into the mince along with the breadcrumbs and mix thoroughly.
Cut onions into small cubes, heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the onion for a couple of minutes and then add the carrots, grated in advance.
Fry the carrots and onions for 2 minutes. Dice the mushrooms, for example, mushrooms. Add mushrooms and vegetables, sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper.
Sauté the mushrooms and vegetables for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Cut the parchment into small rectangles of 30×15 cm.
Put the mincemeat on the paper, spreading an even layer on the surface. But, do not reach the edges of the parchment – leave 3-5 cm.
On a layer of mincemeat, on one of the long edges put the vegetable stuffing.
Seal the stuffing inside the stuffing, fix it with parchment.
Place the sausages on a baking tray.
Bake Lula kebab for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Grate cheese on a coarse grater
. Remove parchment, sprinkle with cheese. Continue baking for another 10 minutes.
You get about 7-10 cutlets in one cooking session.
