Soups have become an important part of any meal. Moreover, most countries take soup as a basis as part of a hearty feast. In Europe, in America, in Asia, soups are consumed quite often. Of course, each state has its own favorite recipes.
For example, in Japan and China, soups are prepared on the basis of seafood. Many people have heard about miso soups, tom yam and others. They are created on the basis of fatty fish or pork broth, as well as noodles and seaweed. Asians eat soup after the main meal.
In Europe, soups are lighter, prepared on the basis of different vegetables, with chicken broth.
Let’s make a tasty hearty homemade soup

Ingredients for soup:
- Chicken thighs – 600 g;
- Potatoes – 600 g;
- Carrots – 130 g;
- Leeks – 130 g;
- Flour – 200 g;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Ghee – 1 tbsp;
- Water – 2,5 liters.
Preparing the soup:
Chop the chicken thighs into portioned pieces. In a 5-liter pot fry the thighs in melted butter
. Cut leeks into rings, cut peeled carrots into straws. Do not forget to turn the thighs while frying them.
Put the carrots and leeks on the thighs and fry together. Then pour hot water to the vegetables and thighs, mix.
Peeled potatoes whole put into the soup

Cut the rest of the potatoes into small cubes and put them in the soup. Cover the soup with a lid and cook until the potatoes are ready.
In a separate bowl salt the flour and pour in the eggs beaten in advance, rub the mixture with your hands.
Remove the potatoes from
the
soup and mashed potato them to a puree, then put them back into the soup
.
Put the zatiruhi also in the soup, cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
You can chop dill and parsley into the soup after cooking.
