Ingredients for potato pies:
- potatoes – 3 pcs;
- carrots – pcs;
- onion – pcs.;
- garlic – 5 cloves;
- cheese – 100 g;
- green onions – bundle;
- egg – pcs;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- flour – 4 tbsp.
Preparation of potato pies:
Peel potatoes and cut into large slices, boil until ready. Chop the peeled carrots on a coarse grater, cut the onion
in
half rings.
Fry the onion with vegetable oil in a frying pan until soft. Add carrots to the onions, continue to fry.
Put garlic cloves through a press to the vegetables, stew under a lid for 10 minutes.
At this time grate cheese on a coarse grater, chop green onions. Turn the potatoes into mashed potatoes, put to it stewed onions and carrots, shredded cheese and green onions.
