Cutlets, like most other iconic foods, have been a favorite inspiration for many connoisseurs of the beautiful. For example, for Salvador Dali. The fact is that the artist depicted cutlets on one of his works. It is noteworthy that in the same painting, Dali also painted his wife.

Ingredients for cutlets:
- pork – 1 kg;
- dry bread – 200 g;
- milk – 200 ml;
- onion – 1 pc;
- garlic – clove;
- salt – tsp;
- black pepper – ⅓ tsp.
Preparation of cutlets:
Cut the fatty pork into small pieces. Coarsely chop onion, in a separate container soak dry bread with milk.
Chop meat through a coarse mesh in a meat grinder. Also through a meat grinder pass onion, garlic. Squeeze the bread from the milk and also chop similarly to the pork.
Mix all the components in one bowl, salt and pepper.
Knead
homogeneous mince, beat thoroughly.
Form cutlets.
Put them on a frying pan with heated vegetable oil.
As soon as the edges of the cutlets turn white, you can turn and fry on the other side.
After frying put the cutlets in a pan. Cover the top of the pan with foil, beforehand put pieces of butter on the cutlets.
Bake the cutlets at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
You can serve the cutlets with mashed potatoes, pickled mushrooms, onions.
