What do you like to make patties with? As a rule, many people use several fillings to make pirozhki. Otherwise, the baked goods turn out monotonous. Only one filling can quickly become boring. Therefore, people prepare both potato, egg and meat pies together.
Often to prepare only one filling, you need to spend a lot of time. While boiling potatoes, eggs, frying onions and minced meat – time passes. It is also necessary to put each filling into the dough. You can make it easier and make one pie with minced meat, with potatoes and herbs.
Ingredients for meat and potato patties:
- Sugar – tbsp;
- Salt – tsp;
- Milk – 200 ml;
- Yeast – 15 g;
- Vegetable oil – 30 ml;
- Flour – 400 g;
- Stuffing – 200 g;
- Onion – pcs;
- Potatoes – 4 pcs.
Preparation of patties with potatoes and meat:
In a bowl with warm milk dissolve salt, granulated sugar, vegetable oil and yeast, mix thoroughly. Pour the flour into the milk, knead the dough first with a spatula, then with your hands.
Remove the dough under a cellophane bag for 30 minutes. Then divide the dough into 8 equal lumps.
Boil the peeled potatoes. Dice the onion into small cubes and mix with the minced
potatoes, season with salt and pepper to taste and mashed potato.
