Ingredients for the filling:
- Walnuts – 100 g;
- Sugar – 70 g;
- Butter – 30 g.
Preparation of Italian pie:
Beat butter to whitening with a mixer, pour granulated sugar to it.
Continue to beat butter with sugar until the grains of sand are dissolved.
Break eggs to the butter, continue to beat the mixture
