Ingredients for baked zucchini:
- Zucchini – 1/2 pc;
- Rice – 80 g;
- Onion – 1 piece;
- Stuffing – 400 g;
- Salt – tsp;
- Ground pepper – 1/2 tsp;
- Smoked paprika – tsp;
- Tomato – 4 pcs;
- Cheese – 100 g;
- Potatoes – pcs.
Preparation of baked zucchini:
Boil the rice until ready. A
large zucchini is divided into two parts, remove the insides.
Dice the onion into small cubes
