It may seem strange that sausage has existed on people’s tables since ancient times. Food of animal origin, including meat, was incredibly important in the human diet. Therefore, dishes from meat were created faster than dishes from plants, vegetables and fruits.

Ingredients for sausage:
- pork – kg;

Preparation of sausage:
