Ingredients of caramelized apples for the pie:
- apples – kg;
- sugar – 90 g;
- lemon juice;
- cornstarch – 10 g.
Ingredients for the dough:
- eggs – 5 pcs;
- sugar – 130 g;
- salt – a pinch;
- flour – 170 g;
- milk – 50 g.
Ingredients for the cream:
- cream 33% – 200 g;
- cream cheese – 300 g;
- sugar – 50 g.
Preparation of creamy apple pie:
Cut apples into small pieces. Place the apple pieces in a pan, sprinkle with granulated sugar. Squeeze juice from lemon and pour into apples.
Pour cornstarch over apple slices and stir. Caramelize the apples over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Cover a baking tray with parchment, lay the apples in an even layer on the surface.
Break eggs into a separate container, pour salt and sugar, beat to a fluffy white mass with a mixer. Gradually sift flour into the mass, knead the biscuit dough.
Pour milk into the dough, stir. Spread an even layer of dough over the caramelized apples.

Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 15 minutes in the oven.
