Salads have constantly been the center of attention in chef circles. The fact is that many salad recipes raise questions because of their origins. Because of the fact that many ways of preparing salads in different countries converge, chefs are forever fighting over the authenticity of a particular dish.
This is what happened with the Caesar salad, for example. The recipe of this salad remains a subject of debate among Spanish, Italian, French and even Mexican cooks
. There are many other salads, the origin of the recipe of which is unknown. We will show the method of preparation of one simple not particularly famous homemade salad.
Ingredients for the salad:
- sweet bell pepper – pcs;
- marinated mushrooms – 300 g;
- boiled chicken breast – 200 g;
- cherry tomatoes – 150 g;
- mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons;
- green onion – ½ bundle;
- parsley – 1/2 bundle;
- egg – 2 pcs;
- soy sauce – tbsp;
- mustard – tsp.
Preparation of the salad:
Boiled chicken breast is divided into small fibers, lay out in a deep bowl. Dice peeled sweet bell pepper, divide each cherry tomato into two parts.
Put the tomatoes and sweet pepper to the boiled meat. Shinkuem finely green onions and parsley, put together with pickled mushrooms in a salad bowl.
Eggs boiled in advance hard-boiled, peeled and pressed with a fork until the formation of egg
mush.
For dressing mix mayonnaise with soy sauce and mustard

Dress the salad with the sauce, mixing the ingredients thoroughly.
Salt the salad is recommended to taste, as pickled mushrooms are quite salty. A great salad for a festive table or dinner.
