Ingredients for New Year’s Mimosa salad:
- Canned pink salmon – 180 g;
- Boiled egg – 3 pcs;
- Boiled potatoes – 2 pcs;
- Boiled carrots – 2 pcs;
- Cheese – 120 g;
- Green onion – 1/2 bundle;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp;
- Green peas;
- Red fish.
Preparation of New Year Mimosa salad:
Take the pink salmon out of the can and slightly knead the fillet with a fork. Rub on a coarse grater peeled boiled eggs, peeled carrots and potatoes.
