Let’s prepare a simple chocolate cake.
Ingredients:
- Cookies – 600 g;
- Sugar – 110 g;
- Milk – 250 ml;
- Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Butter – 150 g;
- Cocoa powder – 60 g;
- Walnuts – 100 g;
- Chocolate – 100 g;
- Cream 33% – 100 g.
Preparation of chocolate cake:
In a saucepan pour classic and vanilla sugar, salt and cocoa. Gradually pour milk into the mixture, stir.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, add butter. Melt the butter into the milk and cocoa mixture.
Place a portion of the cookies in a pastry square mold. Grind the rest of the cookies into coarse crumbs.
Dry the nuts and chop and mix with the cookies. Pour the cocoa mass into this mixture, stir. Spread
the cocoa dough on the layer of cookies in the pastry mold.

Place a layer of cookies on the layer of cocoa dough.
For the glaze, mix hot cream with chocolate. Pour the glaze over the top of the cake and leave in the refrigerator until completely set.
