- potatoes – 700 g;
- onion – 1 pc;
- minced meat – 200 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- dill – a bunch;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp;
- flour – 2 tbsp.
Preparation of potato cutlets:
Peel potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Squeeze potatoes from excess liquid and transfer to a deep container. Chop
finely onion, put to the potato mass. Add minced meat to the mixture, chop dill. Break eggs and divide them into yolks and whites, put the yolks immediately to the potatoes and minced meat.
Pour salt, pepper and flour to the ingredients and knead a homogeneous mass. Beat the salted proteins until fluffy and carefully introduce them into the mince.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and spoon the cutlets onto the surface.
Fry the cutlets on both sides until golden color.
