Ingredients:
- pita – 1 piece.
Ingredients for the filling:
- cabbage – 700 g;
- carrots – 1 pcs;
- onion – 1 pc;
- salt – 1/3 tsp;
- citric acid – ⅓ tsp;
- vegetable oil – 4 tbsp.
Ingredients for the batter:
- mineral water – 250 ml;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- flour – 140 g;
- starch – 3 tbsp;
- leavening agent – 1 tsp;
- salt – ½ tsp.
Preparation of lazy patties “Minutka”:
Shinkuem finely cabbage, grate carrots on a coarse grater, cut quarter rings onion. In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry onions and carrots, add cabbage and stew for 7 minutes under a lid.
To the ready stuffing pour salt, pour citric acid and stir. Pour mineral water into a separate container, break eggs, flour, starch, leavening agent and salt and mix a
