Ingredients for gingerbread cake:
- chocolate gingerbread – 500 g;
- sour cream – 500 g;
- powdered sugar – 100 g;
- banana – 2 pcs;
- lemon juice – tbsp.
Preparation of gingerbread cake:
Cut the gingerbread into three parts, the convex top must be cut off.
In a bowl with sour cream pour powdered sugar, beat with a mixer
to the
consistency of cream. Bananas cut into thin slices, treat with lemon juice.
In a baking mold, place a part of the sliced gingerbread, fill the voids with crumbs. The gingerbread cake is smeared with sour cream, on it we put slices of bananas.
The banana layer needs to be filled with gingerbread crumbs, similarly cover it with cream and banana slices. Smear the sides and top of the cake with the rest of the sour cream.
Send the cake to the refrigerator for 8 hours to soak and stabilize.
Instead of bananas for this cake you can use other filling, raisins, nuts or apples.
Decorate the cake with chocolate or coconut shavings.
