Pies are appreciated all over the world. Such pastries are easy to prepare, and the number of variations will satisfy the preferences of any gourmet. In addition, the dish can be prepared with fillings that correspond to the season. Why not make a berry pie?

Ingredients for the pastry:
- Flour – 300 gr;
- Sour cream – 250 gr;
- Eggs – 3 pcs;
- Sugar – 120 gr;
- Vanilla sugar – 10 gr;
- Butter – 100 g;
- Soda – tsp.
Ingredients for the filling:
- Strawberries – 350 gr;
- Cornstarch – 2 tsp;
- Sugar – 60 g.
Preparation:
We start the preparation with the filling. Send strawberries, sugar and two teaspoons of cornstarch into a saucepan
. Stir and wait for boiling. Turn the heat down to low and cook until thickened. Eight minutes is enough.
For the dough, beat three chicken eggs in a bowl. Add sugar and vanilla. Stir with a whisk. Next, combine the mixture with sour cream and baking soda. In the microwave, melt butter and send to the rest of the ingredients. Pour in the flour in batches. The dough is ready.
Cover the pan with parchment and put on low heat. Pour half of the batter on the bottom. Spread it over the whole plane. Next layer the cooled berries. Pour the rest of the batter on top. Cover with a lid and cook for 35-40 minutes.
To flip, cover with parchment on top, place a plate and turn the pan over. Remove excess parchment and carefully transfer to the pan fry the other side.
Cover with a lid and cook for another 15 minutes. Wipe the lid clean of moisture beforehand. When the cake is ready, take it out and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
