Let’s prepare a light chocolate dessert for tea
Ingredients:
- milk – 500 ml;
- sugar – 60 g;
- cornstarch – 40 g;
- cocoa – 40 g;
- dark chocolate – 3 pieces
- peanuts – 30 g;
- cookies – 4 pcs.
Preparation of chocolate dessert:
In a saucepan with milk pour sugar and cornstarch, sift cocoa. Mix the ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Put the chocolate pieces into the hot mixture and wait for them to dissolve in the mixture. Pour peanuts and chopped cookies into a separate bowl and
stir constantly to thicken the chocolate mixture. Combine the chocolate
mixture
with the chopped cookies and nuts, stir.
Place the mixture in a mold, cover with a layer of cookies.

Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
After stabilization take the dessert out of the mold and sprinkle with cocoa.

You get a simple dessert without baking, made of cookies.
