Ingredients:
- Pumpkin – 300 g;
- Apples – 2 pcs;
- Eggs – 2 pcs;
- Milk – 100 ml;
- Flour – 200 g;
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp;
- Leavening agent – 1 tsp;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Cinnamon – a pinch.
Preparation of pumpkin pie:
Grate apples with peel and peeled pumpkin on a coarse grater. In a separate bowl break eggs, salt, pour vegetable oil and milk, mix.
