For many people it may be a revelation that there are pies with yogurt filling. Moreover, yogurt can be used not only as a filling for pies or as a pastry ingredient. Depending on the recipe, pies with yogurt can be sweet or salty, with the addition of fruits, berries, nuts or other ingredients.

The dough for this pie is kneaded on the basis of yogurt and butter. The filling consists of spinach, feta cheese and eggs.
If you want to make a simpler pie with yogurt, we will provide a recipe for quick baking with yogurt with only 3 ingredients.
Ingredients:
- sweetened yogurt without additives – 400 g;
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- cornstarch – 40 g.
Preparation of yogurt cake:
Put yogurt in a bowl, break eggs to it and beat thoroughly with a whisk. Sift the cornstarch into the mixture and stir.
Crumple the parchment and cover an 18-20 cm baking dish with it

Pour the yogurt batter into the mold and bake the cake at 170 degrees for 35-50 minutes.
Allow to cool before serving.
Yogurt pie can be combined with different fruits and berries. Also such a pie can be simply sprinkled with powdered sugar for a sweet flavor.
