Ingredients of the dough for cottage cheese pie:
- Eggs – 4 pcs;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Sugar – 200 g;
- Vegetable oil – 120 ml;
- Kefir – 120 ml;
- Flour – 300 g;
- Leavening agent – 8 g.
Ingredients for the filling:
- Curd – 300 g;
- Powdered sugar – 3 tbsp;
- Vanilla sugar – 8 g;
- Egg – 1 pc.
Preparation of cottage cheese cake:
In a deep bowl break eggs, pour salt and sugar, beat with a mixer to a white fluffy mass.
Pour
vegetable oil and kefir into the egg mixture, continue beating.
Pour the flour and baking powder into the mixture, knead the dense dough with a mixer.
Cover the bottom and sides of the mold with parchment, pour the dough there and spread it on the surface.
For the filling, mix vanilla sugar, powdered sugar and egg in the cottage cheese, beat to a homogeneous mass with an immersion blender.
Put the cottage cheese mixture into a pastry bag and
create a net of cottage cheese on the surface of the pastry

Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
