Not a recipe, but gold: I’m hooked on this apple pie. I bake it every day and can’t get enough

Pies with apples have always been very common. The fact is that this is a popular and accessible fruit, which can be competently used in cooking.

In the Middle Ages, pies were baked when apples were ripe. Therefore, the dish is associated with the harvest, in the fall.

In stores we can easily find apples at any time of the year. Therefore, we decided to make a pie and fill it with apple filling. You can experiment, choose your own products. Such a pie can be prepared every day and change only the filling.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 240 grams of flour;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 100 gr of 20% sour cream;
  • 200 gr sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon of leavening agent;
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt;
  • 10 gr vanillin;
  • 100 ml of sunflower oil.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 3 apples;
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

Ingredients for sprinkles:

  • 40 gr flour;
  • 30 gr sugar;
  • 30 gr butter;
  • Vanillin.

Preparations:

For the dough we need to beat the eggs with sugar well. First, separate the whites from the yolk and add 0.5 teaspoon of salt to the whites. In the mixer bowl, beat the ingredients until frothy. Without turning off the mixer, add vanillin and gradually pour in sugar.

When we notice a lush stable foam, add one yolk at a time. Beat until homogeneous mass.

Thinly stream in vegetable refined oil. Add sour cream. Turn off the appliance

. Next, mix flour and baking powder. One third at a time add to the prepared mixture. Stir with the help of a spatula, moving from bottom to top, so as not to lose the airiness of the dough.
