This kind of ajika I prepare from green peppers – it turns out very beautiful and original sauce, which goes well with a variety of dishes.
To prepare it, you will need the following ingredients:
- green bell pepper, 1.5 kg (peeled);
- garlic, 3 heads;
- hot pepper, 2 pcs;
- sugar, 100 g;
- salt, 2 tbsp;
- wine vinegar, 50 ml or 9%.
Preparation process
Cut the pepper into pieces and chop with a meat grinder or blender.
Hot peppers are also cut into pieces, garlic is peeled.
Mix all the vegetables, add salt and sugar, vinegar, mix. Leave on the table for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spread the sauce into clean and dry jars. Put the lids on and store in the refrigerator
. You can put the jars in a cold cellar, the sauce will keep for a long time in the cold.
Such ajika is obtained with a rich content of vitamins – we do not subject the mass of heat treatment and all the useful substances remain.
The sauce is suitable for meat and fish dishes, it is very fragrant and tasty.
