Not belyashi or chebureks! I mix minced meat with kefir and make a delicious lunch or dinner in 15 minutes

In the culture of most northern countries, bread and meat have had a great influence on cooking. Both of these foods are capable of providing the right amount of protein, carbohydrates and fats. This probably served as a prerequisite for combining meat and bread into one dish.

Meat pies have become the most popular type of baked goods both in our country and abroad. Each nation prepares meat pies according to its own traditional recipes.

In our state, in addition to the classic meat pies, there are belyashi, echpochmaki and chebureks.

Now, compared to the last century, pies are rarely prepared, because it is painstaking and long labor. We want to share a recipe for lazy quick meat pies.

Ingredients for lazy meat pies:

  • kefir – 250 g;
  • flour – 5 tbsp;
  • minced meat – 250 g;
  • leavening agent – ½ tsp;
  • onion – pcs;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • egg – pcs;
  • salt – ⅓ tsp.

Preparation of lazy meat pies:

Pour the mincemeat with kefir, break eggs into the mixture, pour salt and leavening agent. Chop on large grated onions, add to the total mass of components.

Press a couple of garlic cloves through the press,

to the minced meat. Mix all products until homogeneity

. In the mixture of minced meat and kefir pour flour, knead a kind of meat dough. Heat 70 ml of vegetable oil in a frying

pan. Put a tablespoon of meat mass into the frying pan. Fry the patties on medium heat under a lid until golden on both sides.
