- potatoes – 3 pcs;
- milk – 200 ml;
- yeast – tbsp;
- sugar – tbsp;
- salt – 1.5 tsp;
- flour – 500 g.
Preparation of potato buns:
Potatoes should be peeled and cut into small thin circles. In a thick-bottomed pan with high sides bring milk to a boil. Put the potatoes in the boiling milk, cook them on low heat for 10 minutes.
Transfer the potatoes with milk in a separate bowl, turn into mashed potatoes. Add yeast, sugar and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
Pour the flour into the potato mixture and knead a soft and elastic dough

Leave the dough under a food film in the heat for 50 minutes.
Then knead the dough again and divide it into 12 equal parts. Shape the dough into balls. Heat about 150 ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan, place the buns in it and fry on medium heat on both sides.
