- cream cheese – 200 g;
- powdered sugar – 90 g;
- vanilla sugar – 10 g.
Preparation of carrot cake:
Grate carrots on a coarse grater, mix in a deep bowl eggs with vanilla and classic sugar, salt. Pour vegetable oil into the egg mixture, stir.
