Ingredients of dough for dumplings:
- flour – 400 g;
- warm water – 100 g;
- salt – a pinch;
- egg – 1 pc.

- boiled potatoes – 300 g;
- cottage cheese – 400 g;
- green onion – 30 g.
Preparation of dumplings:
Pour salt into a bowl with egg and mix lightly. Pour water and flour into the egg, knead elastic and soft dough with your hands.
Leave the dough under cellophane for 15 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the filling – mashed potato boiled potatoes
and add cottage cheese to the mashed potatoes
