Salads occupy an important place on the holiday table. This dish is an appetizer, is at the party longer than the main course and dessert. For this reason, it is worth paying special attention to salads when cooking.
Properly prepared salad will become a favorite with hosts and guests. But, how do you make this right salad?
First of all, the products should be cut in the same way. Otherwise, one product, cut larger, will interrupt the other flavors.
Secondly, do not mix cold and hot products. You will get a mush of melted cold components.
Let’s prepare a salad “Tenderer than tender” for the holiday.
Ingredients for salad “More tender than tender”:
- potatoes – 2 pcs;
- carrots – 2 pcs;
- cod liver – 200 g;
- green onions – a bunch;
- eggs – 4 pcs;
- pickles – 4 pcs.;
- salt – a pinch;
- mayonnaise.
Preparation of the salad “More tender than tender”:
Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs until ready. Peel potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater, put them in a cooking ring, sprinkle with salt.
Smear a layer of salad with mayonnaise

Put cod liver on the potato layer, level the surface.
Shinkle finely green onions, cut pickled cucumbers into slices. Sprinkle cod liver with onions, overlap pickles in a circle. The

Grate carrots on a coarse grater and put them on the layer of cucumbers. Leave half of one egg, cut the rest into small cubes. Smear

You can leave the salad to soak in the refrigerator for an hour.
