Cutlets, as a rule, are called a meat product made of minced meat in the form of a flatbread. Despite the fact that this dish already existed in the XVIII century, it has not lost its relevance
even
now.
Even in our time, cutlets are prepared in many families. Cutlets
from minced meat with the addition of bread – this is the most familiar recipe for many. But according to the recipe we will tell you about, you can cook cutlets with zucchini.
Ingredients for zucchini cutlets:
- Chicken fillet – 800 g;
- Zucchini – 260 g;
- Onion – 115 g;
- Egg – 1 piece;
- Garlic – 2 cloves;
- Dill – a bundle;
- Bread crumbs – 10 g;
- Sour cream – 45 g;
- Salt and ground black pepper – to taste;
- Dried garlic – 1 tsp;
- Paprika – ½ tsp;
- Turmeric – ¼ tsp;
- Olive oil – 2-3 tbsp.
Preparation of zucchini cutlets:
Rub zucchini on a fine grater, salt, mix and leave the mass for a couple of minutes.
Squeeze the zucchini from the juice and add to the minced meat, send an egg, chopped dill, sour cream and breadcrumbs, do not forget about dried garlic, paprika, turmeric, salt and ground black pepper.
From each tablespoon of minced meat form cutlets and place them on a tray greased with olive oil.
Bake the cutlets in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
You can serve the dish immediately after cooking. As a side dish mashed potatoes or any cereals will be perfect.
