Ingredients of the batter for nalistniki pancakes:
- milk – 700 ml;
- eggs – 5 pcs;
- salt – 1 tsp;
- sugar – 1 tbsp;
- starch – 1 tbsp;
- flour – 250 g;
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Ingredients for stuffing:
- cottage cheese – 700 g;
- sugar – 150 g;
- egg – pcs;
- vanilla sugar – a pinch;
- raisins – a handful.
Preparation of nalistniki pancakes:
In a bowl break eggs, pour salt, sugar and starch, mix. Sift ½ of the flour into the egg mixture and knead into a thick batter.
Pour 350 ml of milk into the batter and continue mixing. Sift the rest of the flour into the dough, pour in the milk and mix the ingredients.
Pour the vegetable oil into the dough, mix and leave for 15 minutes. It is required to heat a
frying
pan, grease it with vegetable oil.
Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden, put each on a separate flat container. When the pancakes cool down, you can put them in one stack.
For the filling: pour sugar and vanilla sugar, raisins into the cottage cheese. Break eggs into the filling, mix until homogeneous.
Cut the pile of pancakes into 4 equal triangles

Put stuffing in each triangle, wrap it into a tube, tuck the edges inside.
Grease the pan with butter, put the pancake on the bottom. Place pancake rolls with stuffing in layers. Smear each layer with butter.
Cover the last layer of shamrocks with a pancake, cover the top with foil.
Bake in the oven at 130 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
