Ingredients for zucchini salad:
- Zucchini – 2 pcs;
- Salt – ½ tsp;
- Egg – pcs;
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp;
- Dill – 20 g;
- Garlic – 3 cloves;
- Mayonnaise – 100 g.
Preparation of zucchini salad:
Cut zucchini first into plates, and then into small bars. Salt the zucchini, in a separate bowl beat the egg.
Add the egg mixture to the zucchini, mix.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, fry zucchini on high heat for 7 minutes.
Put zucchini slices in a salad bowl. Pass garlic cloves to the zucchini, add to the bowl.
Chop dill,
add to the zucchini.
Dress the salad with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
The result is a hearty dish of fried zucchini.
