Ingredients for baked pollock:

  • pollock – 2 pcs;
  • spices for fish – tsp;
  • saffron – tsp;
  • red pepper – ½ tsp;
  • ground coriander – ½ tsp;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • olive oil – tbsp;
  • potatoes – 6 pcs.

Preparation of baked pollock:

Clean the fish from the insides, remove fins, gills, tail and head. Rinse the fish thoroughly and divide each fillet

two.

Put the fillets in a cellophane bag, pour spices for fish, saffron, salt, red pepper and coriander. Pour oil over the fish, tie the bag and thoroughly mix the fillets with the spices inside.
