Salads originated way back in the days when the Roman Empire existed. It was there that people began to mix various herbs to get a tasty and light appetizer for holidays or everyday life. Since the dish had no variety in terms of ingredients, it was called so – salad.

Let’s tell you how to prepare a hearty and original holiday salad “Furor”.

Ingredients for salad “Furor”:

  • chicken fillet – 350 g;
  • salt – a pinch;
  • Korean carrots – 150 g;
  • ground black pepper – a pinch;
  • canned corn – 150 g;
  • mayonnaise – tbsp;
  • cucumber – 150 g;
  • prunes – 100 g.

Preparation of salad “Furor”:

Chicken should be well washed and immersed in a pot of boiling water. Salt the water to your taste and cook the fillet until ready – about an hour.

Prunes for softness you can pour boiling water for 10 minutes, then let dry on a towel

In a bowl with Korean carrots, chop the boiled fillet into small cubes.
