The history of the omelet dates back several centuries.
The first omelets were prepared in France. Initially, this dish was whipped chicken eggs fried in butter. Other countries have their own peculiarities of omelet cooking. For example, in Spain, omelette is prepared with potatoes, and in Italy – with cheese and vegetables.

Ingredients:
- Egg – 8 pcs;
- Milk – 400 ml;
- Salt – a pinch;
- Butter – 10 g.
Preparation of omelet:
Break the eggs into a deep bowl, pour in the milk and pour in the salt, stir, but do not whisk. Choose a mold so that the omelet can easily rise 3-3.5 cm.
Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with butter and pour the egg mixture into it. Bake the omelette at 190 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
After baking the omelette will settle a little – it is not critical. You get a delicious omelet, just like in kindergarten.
