Ingredients for the dough:
- Flour – 350 g;
- Leavening agent – 1 tsp;
- Butter – 180 g;
- Sugar – 180 g;
- Egg yolk – 5 pieces.
Ingredients for the filling:
- Sugar – 200 g;
- Curd – 500 g;
- Sour cream or yogurt – 350 g;
- Lemon juice – 40 ml;
- Starch or flour – 40 g;
- Egg whites – 5 pieces;
- Berries or fruits – as desired.
Pie preparation:
We put the butter in one container with sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients with a mixer for a few minutes to make it fluffy.
Add the yolks to the cream mixture, work with a mixer for a few minutes. Separately mix flour and baking powder, sift into the cream mixture, knead the dough.
Divide the dough into two parts, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
In a mold (26 cm in diameter), spread the first part of the dough on the bottom in an even layer. Spread the second part around the edges of the mold.
Beat the whites to a white froth, then add the sugar.
Then add cottage cheese, sour cream, lemon juice and flour to the whites
.
Using a mixer, mix the ingredients so that they unite with each other.
Add the protein mass to the mold, level the layer on the surface. Lay the fruit or berries on top of the filling.
Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 170-180 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
