Ingredients for fritters on kefir:
- kefir – 500 ml;
- sugar – tbsp;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- egg – pcs;
- flour – 440 g;
- baking soda – ½ tsp.
Preparation of fritters on kefir:
In a bowl with warm kefir pour granulated sugar and salt, stir until the grains of sand dissolve.
A very important point, kefir should be warm. It can be heated. Otherwise, the fritters will not be puffy
Break an egg into the kefir, mix again.
Sift flour into the kefir, knead the dough for the fritters. Sprinkle the batter with baking soda, mix thoroughly. The batter

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, spoon portions of dough onto the surface. Over medium heat, fry the fritters on both sides until golden.
