Ingredients for lemon pie:
- flour – 200 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- zest of 1 lemon;
- sugar -180 g;
- butter – 110 g;

- lemon juice – 30 ml;
- leavening agent – 8 g;
- milk – 120 ml.
Preparation of lemon cake:
