Ingredients for rustic salad:
- potatoes – 2 pcs;
- dill – 20 g;
- salt – tsp;
- brine from pickled cucumbers – 50 ml;
- vegetable oil – 60 ml;
- onion – 2 pcs;
- sugar – tbsp;
- mustard – tsp;
- vinegar 6% – tbsp;
- vegetable oil – 4 tbsp;
- pickled cucumbers – 5 pcs;
- herring fillet – 200 g.
Preparation of rustic salad:
Boil the potatoes until ready and peel them from the skin. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and put them in a bowl. Chop dill and pour with salt to the potatoes.
Pour brine and vegetable oil to the potatoes, mix. Cut onions in half rings, mix with half a spoonful of salt, sugar, mustard and vinegar
