Let’s prepare one of the simplest recipes for this dish
Ingredients:
- Rice – 200 g;
- Olive oil;
- Eggs – 4 pcs;
- Salt;
- Sour cream – 200 g;
- Green onions;
- Tomatoes – 5 pcs;
- Parsley.
Preparation of rice casserole:
In a skillet heat olive oil, pour rice to it, stir. Pour water into the rice, cook for 10 minutes on low heat under a lid.
Beat the eggs together with sour cream. Chop green onions, cut tomatoes into small slices
. Put the onions and tomatoes to the eggs, mix. Mix the rice in the frying pan and pour the egg mixture over it.

Under a lid on low heat cook the casserole for 7-8 minutes. Then with the help of a flat plate turn the casserole with the bottom up.

Fry the casserole for a couple of minutes and then remove from the pan.

The casserole can be served with herbs and cut into portions for the whole family.
