Ingredients for chocolate chips:
- flour – 150 g;
- cocoa – 1.5 tbsp;
- sugar – 3 tbsp;
- butter – 100 g.
Ingredients for the cream:
- sour cream – 500 g;
- sugar – 80 g;
- vanilla sugar – 8 g;
- gelatin – 10 g;
- water – 3 tbsp;
- walnuts – 100 g;
- chocolate – 80 g;
- prunes – 100 g.
Preparation:
For chocolate chips, mix flour with cocoa and sugar. Dip butter in loose products and rub it on a coarse grater into the mixture.
Knead the mixture into crumbs with your hands and pour it into a dry frying pan, fry for 10-15 minutes. For the cream, mix sugar and vanilla sugar in sour cream, chop walnuts
