Not many people know that appetizers used to be something quite different from what we are used to seeing on our tables.
Bread comes to mind immediately – that’s right, it could be used as a snack for meat. However, sweets could also play this role, if we are talking about snacking on bitter medicines.

After all, it was abundant in those times. Let’s try to prepare a tasty appetizer, which it is customary to cook now and in a new understanding! We will use only simple and affordable products!
Ingredients for the appetizer:
- canned tuna – 185 gr;
- eggs – 3 pcs;
- cheese – 100 gr;
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp;
- olives.
Preparation of the appetizer:
At boiled eggs get rid of the yolk. The white and hard cheese are sent to the bowl of a blender.
It will also need two tablespoons of mayonnaise

Cover with a lid and, using a blender, mix the ingredients until homogeneous.
The resulting mass is distributed on the foil in the shape of a rectangle. The layer is made evenly. On one of the edges lay out a strip of olives.
Now with the help of foil form a tight roll.
Send to the refrigerator for 2 hours, or in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Rub the yolks of eggs on a fine grater

Sprinkle them on the cooled roll.
Cut the product into portioned pieces. Decorate with herbs and beautifully lay out on a saucer.
