Let’s tell you how to quickly prepare salad “Julia”

Ingredients:

  • beets – 2 pcs;
  • potatoes – 2 pcs;
  • carrots – 1 pc;
  • chicken fillet – 350 g;
  • pickled cucumber – 3 pcs;
  • onion – 1 pc;
  • mayonnaise;
  • salt – a pinch.

Preparation of salad “Julia”:

Bake beets, carrots and potatoes in foil in the oven for 1 hour. Boil chicken fillet in salted water, chop it finely together with pickles.

Mix cucumbers and fillets with a couple of spoons of mayonnaise, put the first layer in a salad bowl. Cut onions into feathers, put them as the second layer.
