The popularity of pizza in the world is enormous. It is hard to find a person who would not know about what this dish is.

Ingredients for homemade pizza:
- eggs – 2 pcs;
- flour – 9 tbsp. l.;
- sour cream – 4 tbsp. l.;
- mayonnaise – 4 tablespoons;
- salt – ½ tsp;
- sugar – ½ tsp;
- mushrooms – 2 pcs;
- processed cheese – 2 pcs;
- sausage – 70 g;
- tomato paste – 3 tsp;
- ketchup – tbsp.
Preparation of homemade pizza:
In a bowl, beat the eggs, sift flour into the resulting mixture. Combine the flour with sour cream and mayonnaise, knead a similar dough.
Salt the dough, pour sugar and re-mix the components. Cut mushrooms cleaned from dirt into thin slices. Shred cold processed cheese on a coarse grater.
Cut sausage into small cubes, mix ketchup with tomato paste in a separate container. Grease the pan with vegetable oil, lay the dough on the surface, spread an even layer on the bottom.
