What came before – pancakes or fritters? This is the question asked by gastronomes around the world. The dispute about pancakes and pancakes is still simmering, since the exact origin of these dishes is unknown. Ingredients for fritters:
- kefir – 250 ml;
- soda – ½ tsp;
- sugar – tbsp;
- salt – a pinch;
- flour – 140 g.
Preparation of fritters:
Pour baking soda into warm kefir, wait for the reaction. Be sure to do it in warm kefir, so the reaction will happen faster.
