Puffed apple pancakes were often served in school cafeterias, and the taste was remembered for years to come. Unfortunately, good-natured cooks no longer prepare lunches for us, and to refresh the former memories, you need to try the proposals of a dozen coffee shops and bakeries in the area. We, on the other hand, have decided to tell you about a recipe from a compendium from that time. You will get real pancakes from the USSR.

Ingredients:
- flour 1 kg;
- dry yeast 10 g;
- apples 100-200 g;
- one egg
- milk 1 kg;
- sugar 20 g;
- salt 10 g;
- vegetable oil 30-50 g.
Preparation:
In a deep container pour milk, pour dry yeast, sugar, salt. Pour in vegetable oil. Here we also break one hen’s egg. Stir with a whisk. Pour in the flour and stir the dough with your hands. Cover with cling film and pierce it with a knife in several places. Leave in a warm place until 1 rise, it is about 30-40 minutes. Then knead and leave until the 2nd rise, that is about 20-30 minutes.
Cut the washed and peeled apples into straws or small cubes

Combine the fruit with the dough and mix. Leave for another 15 minutes.
Heat a frying pan with oil on the stove. So that each fritter is additionally oiled, each time we dip a tablespoon in a glass of vegetable oil and scoop a small amount of dough. Fry each product on both sides for 1-2 minutes.
