Ingredients for Peking cabbage salad:
- Peking cabbage – 350 g;
- boiled chicken fillet – pcs;
- cucumber – pcs;
- boiled egg – 2 pcs;
- mayonnaise – tbsp.
Preparation of salad with peking cabbage:
We need to finely chop peking cabbage, divide the boiled chicken fillet into thin fibers.
Cut
cucumber into thin bars, mix with cabbage and meat.
Cut hard-boiled eggs into small cubes, add to the salad. Fill the dish with mayonnaise, salt to taste and mix thoroughly.
